$136 million boost for El Salvador historic hydro plant

What was the first major hydroelectric plant in Central America is to be doubled in capacity.
The 5 de Noviembre plant in El Salvador will be powered up to 178.6 megawatts.
The project will cost the state Rio Lempa Hydroelectric Commission $136 million. The work is expected to be competed in the second quarter of 2015.
