Air France announces new Paris-Panama flight

Air France will start to operate next week a direct flight between Paris and Panama, the Panamanian Minister for Tourism, Salomón Shamah, announced.

The new flight will help boost Panama's presence in the international tourism market, Shamah said.

Tourism already accounts for 10.4 percent of Panama's economy, and the new flight will help that number grow, he said.
