Alvarado's sleepless nights

At the beginning of his second year in office Costa Rica president Carlos Alvarado has a clear view of the projects that he aims to promote.

His main concerns are the reactivation of the economy and unemployment, Alvarado said in a Spanish-language interview with La República.
