Amazon expands operations in Costa Rica

Online retail giant Amazon has opened its fourth customer contact center in Costa Rica, where it will hire 1,000 people to add to its already 2,100 workers in the Central American country.
The new center will provide support services for vendors and software development.
Form Costa Rica, Amazon attends clients and vendors in the U.S., Spain, Mexico and Brazil.
