Ivanhoe Cambridge, the real estate arm of Canada's Caisse pension fund firm, will make its first investment in Mexico with a $100 million project in Mexico City.
Ivanhoe Cambridge plans to partner with U.S. investment company Black Creek Group to build multi-purpose buildings in Mexico's largest cities.
"Mexico has been in Ivanhoe Cambridge's radar to expand its investment and presence in Latin America," said a source with knowledge of the matter.
