Carlson Wagonlit acquires Costa Rican travel management company Centennial Group for undisclosed sum

Carlson Wagonlit (CWT) has acquired the Centennial Group for an undisclosed sum. Based in San José, the Costa Rican travel management company will be renamed Carlson Wagonlit Travel Costa Rica.

The Centenial Group, launched in 1995, has been an international partner of CWT since 2004.

Marino Faccini, CWT’S executive vice-president, said the acquisition was a “natural progression of the long-standing relationship”.
