Central America seeks to lure European tourists

Costa Rica is hosting the Central America Travel Market 2014.

The event aims to attract more European tourists through tour operators, Costa Rican daily La República reported.

Last year, 300,000 European tourists visited Costa Rica, 5.6 percent more than in 2012, according to official data.
