Central America shines while neighbors confront pain of recession

Latin America and the Caribbean will c,lose 2016 with negative growth of 1.1 percent on average, according to the UN Latin American Commission for Latin America.

However, Central America is an oustanding exception.Growth there will be 3.6 percent on average.
