Chilean-style concession could be model for Costa Rica

 

The system of concessions for the development of roads and highways has not found favor in Costa Rica. But it certainly works in Chile.

Chile is a significant model for Costa Rica. When it launched highway concessions it was facing fiscal problems, just like Costa Rica right now.
