Colombia boosts infrastructure spending

Colombia's investment in infrastructure grew 25 percent in the first quarter this year, compared with the same period in 2013, official figures show.

Investment in highways grew 32 percent in that period.

Investment in airports, railways and public transport grew almost 5 percent.
