Colombia growth forecast at 3 percent 'but it's not enough'

Colombia is stuck with its Baa2 rating with Moody's pending an analysis of the plans for the upcoming new administration.

The country is heading for 3 percent growth but Moody's says that will not be enough in order to meet fiscal targets.
