Costa Rica is region's Internet leader

Costa Rica, with affordable Internet services and freedom of online information, is rated as the most connected Central American country, according to the World Economic Forum’s report on global technology.

This year, Costa Rica rose by four places in the ranking to number 49 of 143 economies.
