Wednesday, June 23, 2010
Costa Rica-based Amega is to launch a feasibility study for a new terminal at the port of Moín, on Costa Rica’s Limón province.
The terminal is to be a private-sector project that was approved by the National Council of Concessions and port authority Japdeva, which authorized Amega to carry out the study and draw up a preliminary design.
Should the proposal be approved, work on the new terminal is due to begin in 2012. Investment is expected to be $700 million.
