Costa Rica looks shinier now, says President Solís

Luis Guillermo Solís, the Colombian president, said he knows that the change he promised during his campaign has not been exactly what the people expected, but said that “Costa Rica now looks better and shinier than before.”

During his third State of the Nation speech, Solís said that he, despite facing big obstacles, has managed to achieve big changes in many areas.
