Costa Rica stagnates in economic freedom

Costa Rica is on spot 23 of 151 in this year's economic freedom index by the Institute for Freedom and Policy Analysis, Inlap.
The Central American country scored 7.6 points, the same number from last year.
Costa Rica dropped in four of the five areas the ranking studies: size of government, access to currency, freedom of international trade as well as labor, corporate and credit regulation.
