Costa Rican builders regain confidence thanks to new government

The arrival of new president Carlos Alvarado has restored the confidence of the nation's building industry after a year and a half of a slowdown in public works and contracts.

However, the resurgence will have to be accompanied by measures to combat monetary policy.
