El Salvador lacks a logistics plan

The government of El Salvador claims that it wants the country to be a regional logistics center with the lowest costs in the region within 20 years.

In fact, however, there appears to be no policy at all on how to integrate the nation’s highways, ports and airports, according to the newspaper El Diario de Hoy.
