El Salvador still waiting for $300 million in projects

The agreement between El Salvador and the Millennium Fund Corporation will be three years old this month.

The $461 million contribution of the fund aims to create development projects in 94 municipalities in northern El Salvador over five years.

So far, 85 percent of the funds have been disbursed, but $300 million in projects still await execution.
