Ficohsa authorized to purchase Citibank Honduras

Honduras's bank and insurance commission authorized Ficohsa to purchase Citibank Honduras and its Cititarjetas division.

The move was also approved by the country's competition watchdog.

The operation will make Ficohsa the largest bank in Honduras, and places it among the top ten in Central America.
