Guatemala car sales reach two-year high

Car imports and sales in Guatemala reached a two-year high during the first two months of the year.

From January to February, Guatemalans bought 4,431 cars, 929 more than the same period in 2013, according to data from the country's car importers' association.

Pick-up trucks are the vehicles with most demand in Guatemala, followed by SUVS.
