Honduras aims to double apparel exports to $7.4 billion

Honduras is set to more than double apparel exports and production as part of a $3.4 billion development plan, according to a top industry executive.

the goal is to export exports to $7.4 billion, making Honduras the fifth-ranking clothing supplier. Last year the value of exports to the US rose by 3.5 percent year-on-year to $2.67 billion.
