Honduras boosts rights of prepay mobile phone users

The telecommunications regulator in Honduras has approved new rules with a view to reinforcing the rights of mobile phone users in the prepay sector.

Honduras has just under 8 million mobile telephony users of which 92 percent have prepay plans.
