Honduras seeks $200 million in disbursements from IDB

A mission from the Honduran Cabinet left for the Dominican Republic to negotiate $220 million in loans from the Inter-American Development Bank.
Of the total, $89 million is to be used for social programs, $38 million for a major highway, and $50 million for a trust to promote tourism.
