Honduras seeks to freeze prices of more products

 

Honduras already froze the prices of 20 basic consumer products. Now the authorities want to control several more, including those popular for the Christmas festivities.

Consumer associations and the private sector believe the policy is badly misguided. Worse, it is illegal, they say.
