Honduras shrimp farmer Seajoy ramps up

Seajoy, the second-biggest shrimp farmer in Honduras, is now processing 80 percent of its harvests as value-added products, tapping into a fast growing market.

The market for value-added products such as peeled shrimp, butterfly shrimp and skewers is currently growing at double digits globally, the company said.
