Inverstors favor consumer plays in Mexico

Consumer confidence may be at an ebb in Mexico and the Andean region but equity investors still favor consumer plays in Mexico, Chile and Peru, according to a regional survey by FT Confidential Research, a research service from the Financial Times. It shows allocations have picked up in Mexico and stepped up sharply in Chile.
