Medical devices provide leverage for Costa Rica economy

More than 63 companies that make medical devices have based their manufacturing base in Costa Rica.

The country has acquired fame as a hub for the industry because of its specialization and sophistication, boosting the overall increase in the level of foreign direct investment.
