Mexico City sees more sustainable buildings

Mexico City currently has 31 sustainable office projects, totalling 1.59 million square meters.
The figure is 33 times higher than in 2010, according to a study by real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield.
About 40 percent of the total office construction projects in Mexico City are seeking a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, LEED, certificate, the company said.
