Mexico publishes new energy rules

The Mexican government has published the 25 rules that complete the country's energy overhaul.
The rules include details for exploration of hydrocarbons, rules for the new electricity market, as well as new rules for oil firm Pemex and electricity utility CFE.
Other rules include the new structure for the Energy Ministry and outlines for the exploitation of geothermal resources.
