New rail chief aims for third time lucky for Costa Rican train project

 

A new chief for Costa Rica’s railroad system, Incofer, is proposing a third attempt in only two and a half years to construct a new route.

But this time, the cost of the project will be lless prohibitive, and construction could begin within only two years.
