New rules on use of drones irk firms in Costa Rica

Companies in Costa Rica that use drones for photography, farming or delivery of packages face new rules from today, together with a new operating license.

But the companies that operate drones reckon that the new rules are much to costly and add mountains of red tape to what should be a simple business.
