Nicaragua's San Juan del Sur cited as real-estate Top Ten

Some $200 million of high-class residential and commercial real estate will be invested this year and next in San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua.

a senior city official said that "San Juan is within the Top Ten of high-class real estate projects in Central America."
