Panama hosts 13th Ibero-American summit

Panama hosted the 13th edition of the Ibero-American summit on October 18 and 19.

This year's summit received only half of the 22 leaders invited to attend, including Nicaragua's Daniel Ortega and Guatemala's Otto Perez Molina.

After next year's summit, to be held in Mexico, the leaders agreed to hold the event once every two years.
