Panama joins Central American System

Panama's integration to the Central American Integration System is one of Costa Rica's main achievements during it's term as chair of the organization, Costa Rican newspaper La República reported.
Panamá will help the rest of the region improve business links with South America, in terms of its geographical location and the Canal.
"With the inclusion of Panama, the region can look forward to a more prosperous and solid development", said Costa Rican Foreign Trade minister, Anabel González.
