Panama's debt hits $23.7 billion

The Panamanian government's total debt has reached $23.7 billion, including the non-financial public sector and turnkey projects yet to be paid.
The country's non-financial public sector debt reached $18.4 billion in September this year, according to the Economy Ministry.
Of the total, $14.4 billion correspond to foreign debt, and the remaining $3.9 billion to internal debt.
