Panama's economy loses its glitter

 

Panama’s economy beginning to lose its glitter just when the country is getting ready for Satuday’s big party to celebrate the broadening of its Canal on Saturday.

The most recent figures show a decline in economic growth and a lack of consumer confidence. Even so, Panama remains the region’s economic star.
