Panama to be region's top economy in 2014: IMF

Panama will be the region's top performing economy this year, according to the International Monetary Fund.
The country's economy is expected to grow 7.2 percent, making it the only country to grow above 6 percent in the Americas.
Private and public investments, and the nation's strong financial sector, will help drive growth, the Fund said.
