PPG Comex wants to paint the region

PPG Comex wants to invest heavily in its paint brands, among them Glidden, in Central America this year.

The company is the result of a $2.5 million takeover of Mexico’s Comex by Pittsburgh that has only recently been approved by Mexican regulators.
