San Jose has more bike paths

With 13 kilometers of bike paths, San Jose, Costa Rica, leads Central American cities, according ‘Cycle-inclusion in Latin America and the Caribbean: A guide to promote the use of bicycles’, a study of the Inter-American Development Bank.
San Salvador is next, with 5 kilometers of bike paths.
Sao Paulo, Brazil, leads Latin America with 270 kilometers, while Monterrey, Mexico has less than 1 kilometer exclusively for bikes.
The guide studied 27 indicators of cyclical-inclusive policies in 56 Latin American cities.
Honduras, Panama and Nicaragua were not included (numbers in brackets indicate the overall position of each city).
