Spanish gambling group Codere said it would pay $38-$40 million for the 63 percent stake it holds in six casinos in Panama from Thunderbird Resorts.
Codere said it still awaits the authorization of the Panamanian fair- trading authorities. The request was submitted in March.
The casinos are operating now under the Fiesta Casino brand, Codere said.
