Starbucks advances, one latte at a time

The newest Starbucks in Panama is licensed by El Salvador-based Premium Restaurants of America.

Premium acquired the license in 2010. Since then it has established 19 Starbucks cafeterias, mainly in El Salvador but also five in Costa Rica.
