This year will be the best of the Solís administration in Costa Rica

The Costa Rican administration of President Luis Guillermo Solís will be none to healthy by year-end, while the nation’s infrastructure will continue to deteriorate.

Even so, this has been a year of outstanding achievements such as the approval of a law that obliges government institutions to return to the Finance ministry unused cash for spending.
