Tocumen sets stage for duty-free bidding

Tocumen, Panama’s leading airport, launched the process of inviting tenders for duty-free shops in the new terminal being built by Brazil’s Odebrecht at a cost of some $800 million.
The new building is due to be in operations by the second half of 2015, when it will handle some 15 million passengers a year.
