Tourism would gain by Costa Rican road extension

Plans to broaden and lengthen Costa Rica's Route 27, between San José and Caldera, would generate dollar income and jobs, according to local hoteliers.
A fast road would also help connections to the Pan-American Troute to the north, as well as to a new airport at Orotina.
The project appears to have dlid foundations. The extension of Route 27 to Jacó on the Pacific Coast is a recommendation of the Federated College of Engineers and Architects.
