Tyco acquires Cosa Rica's Circuito

 

Tyco International, a world leader in insurance and fire protection, acquired Costa Rican company Circuito at the end of last month.

The amount of the acquisition has not been revealed, but Switzerland-based Tyco has annual revenues of some $10 billion.
